House of Venus offers two distinct booking options:

Afternoon Escape

• Check-in: 1:00 PM

• Check-out: 3:00 PM

Evening Escape 

• Check-in: 8:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM (next day)

Our Expectations

House of Venus has been created with great care and investment. We ask that all guests treat the property and its contents with respect.

Noise

While we fully encourage you to play loud and free, House of Venus is in a residential neighbourhood. Please keep noise to a respectful level after 10:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 PM on weekends. This includes keeping the balcony door closed during louder sessions.

Laundry

Towels, bathrobes, and splash blankets are provided for your use. Please place all used items in the washing machine or laundry sink before departure.

Toys & Equipment

Used toys must be placed in the designated “Cleaning” container. We kindly ask that condoms be used with all insertable toys and that toys receive a quick clean with the provided toy cleaner before being placed in the container.

Lubricants & Oils

To protect the furniture and equipment, coconut oil, oil-based, and silicone-based lubricants are not permitted. Water-based lubricants are provided. Any additional cleaning required due to the use of prohibited products will be charged at $50 per hour.

Liabilities & House Limits

The use of all equipment, furniture, and toys at House of Venus is entirely at your own risk. We maintain everything to a high standard, but we strongly encourage you to only use items you are confident and experienced with. If unsure, please ask us.

We celebrate safe, consensual kink. Guests are expected to practise SSC (Safe, Sane, Consensual) or RACK (Risk-Aware Consensual Kink) at all times.

Damage

You will not be charged for minor damage caused by fair use, but we ask that you notify us of any breakages. Major damage caused by misuse or negligence will incur additional charges.

Special Cleaning

Certain activities fall outside our hard limits. We do not offer cleaning services for scat play, roman showers, or similar extreme activities. Guests engaging in these will be charged significant additional cleaning fees and may lose part or all of their security deposit.

Valuables

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.

Payment, Cancellation & Security Deposit

• Payment: 100% of the booking total is due at the time of reservation.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund (100%) if cancelled 14 days or more before arrival

  • 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before arrival

  • No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival

• Security Deposit: A pre-authorization of AUD $200 will be held 1 day before arrival and released 2 days after departure (subject to inspection).

Final Notes

This is a private space designed for adult consensual kink and BDSM play. By booking House of Venus you confirm that all guests are over 18 years of age and understand these house rules.
